I get what you're saying, but it depend on how you see it. I'm guessing you only own a PS3, and if the PS3 was my only system too, then there were a few more good titles. However, multiplats are typically better on the 360 (at least for now) so I usually got the 360 versions. Half Life 2, Graw 2, and Assassins for example were all better on the 360. As a proud owner of both systems, I think PS3 will have a GREAT 2008. But the problem with 2007 was the fact that it only had 1-2 decent titles IMO. The 360 has a many great titles, with many more to follow, but will probably lose a little ground on 08 due to the PS3's current momentum, but I would hardly call that domination. Regardless of the system you own, it's a great time to be a gamer.

That may all be true, but I personally prefer playing games in my LazyBoy rather then a desk chair. Also, I guarantee that no PC speaker setup can touch my surround sound. But what you say about the game IS true, I just like my console setup better. I suppose I could hook my PC up to the tele through VGA though.
I have both a PS3 and a 360, so I'm as far from fanboy as you can get. However, the PS3 is barely scrapping by with more sales which is hardly anything to celebrate about. The PS2 had 90% of the market share last generation. Sony will be LUCKY if they end up with 40% this time around. The 360 is doing great, but the Wii is slaughtering all. Unlike the majority of people on this site I have both systems. I have downloaded the PS3 version off of PSN, and the 360 version demo came in the latest Official Xbox Mag. They are close. The pictures above are doctored...HOWEVER, the 360 version DOES look better. Even if it is the developers fault, the better version is on the 360. The games CURRENTLY on the PS3 are awful (that will soon change.) The main reason I picked up a PS3 is because I wanted a great movie player. So Blu-Ray was the deciding factor for me. Games are at the bottom of the list for me (again, that will change over time, when anything half decent comes out)

As a company I REALLY LOVE Toshiba, and support them...but after Sony's dozens of format failures, it's FINALLY their time to shine. Paramount will move to Blu Ray one way or another, I really couldn't care when.
Old people need to kick more ass. Maybe a walking cane should be a hidden weapon. Anyway...I have to say that I'm not fan, they went with a Gears of War look, meaning that the color pallet is very dull, which is an easy way to make it look graphically awesome, but fails. Don't get me wrong, it looks FINE, but not great. I'd love this game to have Eternal Sonata or Mario type colors. Im NOT bashing, its just an opinion.
Paramount is making good money because they are the only suppliers of HD-DVD now, so every HD-DVD owner is buying from them. If ANYBODY out there wants an HD-DVD, it will make Paramount money. As of right now, they are the big fish in the HD pond, if they jumped to Blu-ray, they would be just one of many movie suppliers. They'll have to jump over some time of course, but why would they when they exclusively make money with HD-DVD.

Yea, I wouldn't get one unless is was 1080p. This player is no better than Toshiba's.
It had one of the most influential RPG's of all time...The original Phantasy Star. Personally, one of my very favorite games ever. FOR THE TIME, there was nothing better.
